Poonam Prabhu has been involved in philanthropy since childhood, inspired by her grandfather, who was well-known for his social work within his community and for helping those in need, despite his financial challenges and responsibilities toward a large family. Poonam holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Mumbai and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, USA. In 2000, she co-founded a pharmaceutical company based in California. She later established the company's India branch in 2007 and played a key role in setting up warehouses across several Southeast Asia-Pacific countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Throughout her career, Poonam has been deeply involved with charities supporting education, women's empowerment, and orphanages. In 2023, she decided to leave her professional work to focus fully on the social causes supported by the Prabhu Family Charitable Trust. Poonam enjoys traveling, music, gardening, and dancing

Suresh is a Company Secretary and Cost and Management Accountant with over 30 years of experience in Legal & Compliance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Finance & Accounts. He has worked across various industries and most recently served as Head of Legal and Company Secretary at QuEST Global. His extensive experience includes working in multinational and multi-location environments across different countries.

Suresh has played a key role in driving non-organic business growth by successfully acquiring and integrating medium-sized companies located in multiple regions. He has also been instrumental in structuring these acquisitions to ensure cost efficiency. Some of the major M&A deals he has handled include:

Suresh is also a dedicated philanthropist, supporting various charitable organizations in different capacities. His hobbies include practicing yoga, playing the keyboard and guitar, and participating in quizzes

Sridevi M. has over 11 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, with expertise in managing calendars, coordinating travel logistics, and handling confidential information. She has held positions at Standard Chartered, AXA, and Kotak Mahindra. In addition to her professional work, Sridevi volunteers at YWCA Koramangala, where she empowers young women, and participates in tree planting activities in Bangalore.
